Our South manufacturing plant specializes in butter and milk powder production, and we're looking for a detail-oriented Milk Receiver to join our team and help us deliver excellence from the heart of California's dairy country.
Pay & Schedule
$23–$30 per hour

What You'll Do
- Receive all incoming fluid dairy products and ensure proper documentation, weights, tests, and samples are taken from every tanker
- Ship out all fluid dairy products following quality and safety protocols
- Test all products prior to receiving and shipping using Charm SL and Charm II equipment
- Operate and maintain CIP (Clean-in-Place) systems for UTs, RTs, receiving lines, and raw tankers
- Manage Critical Control Points (CCP) including Bio-Security and Drug Residue Testing
- Run all necessary controls and calibrations for testing equipment and document results on receiving logs
- Connect, disconnect, and CIP all trucks; connect to raw silos as needed
- Inspect tanker interiors after washing for cleanliness and deficiencies
- Perform solution strength tests on CIP systems
- Transfer dairy products internally throughout the plant, including cream, buttermilk, and other ingredients
- Operate, monitor, and manage reverse osmosis (RO) units and separators
- Measure, test, evaluate, and screen standardized milk and milk ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the CIP room, raw silo room, receiving office, and receiving bays
- Perform master sanitation tasks as assigned by shift supervisors
- Communicate equipment problems, process issues, or safety hazards to management and maintenance immediately
- Manage inventories of milk and milk ingredients to maintain product flow through the facility
- Assist with planning and coordinating milk shipments based on weekly production schedules

- Ability to safely operate milk receiving equipment and laboratory testing devices
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety and quality standards
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions carefully
- Physical capability to perform manual labor, including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Willingness to learn about dairy processing equipment and milk handling procedures
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
- Prior dairy or food processing experience is helpful but not required
