Warehouse Coordinator

A growing manufacturing and distribution company in food services industry in Stockton is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to support daily warehouse and fulfillment operations. This role ensures accurate receiving, storing, staging, and movement of materials while keeping warehouse activities safe, organized, and efficient.

What You'll Do

• Verify outgoing pallets and materials against pick tickets
• Receive, locate, and transfer materials accurately
• Count and weigh inventory, ensuring accurate records
• Identify damaged materials and track shortages
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move product
• Load and unload trucks as needed
• Re-stack pallets and maintain organized warehouse layouts
• Keep the work area clean and safe
• Participate in quality and process improvement efforts
• Handle basic warehouse paperwork and reports
• Support other warehouse or fulfillment tasks as assigned

What They're Looking For

• 1–2 years of warehouse or production environment experience
• Able to read pick lists and follow FIFO (first in, first out) practices
• Familiarity with shipping, receiving, and material handling
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions
• Forklift experience preferred (but not always required)
• ERP experience (SAP or similar) is a bonus

Compensation & Schedule

• $18.00–$20.00/hr
• Full-time role
