Our Personal Lines Account Managers are the backbone of our Personal Lines team. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted partner to clients—providing guidance, answering questions, and delivering solutions that protect what matters most.

No two days are the same. You'll handle service calls, policy updates, billing questions, coverage changes, and major life events. This role blends strong customer service with consultative sales, all grounded in genuine care for people.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, answering questions and resolving issues with professionalism and empathy
• Manage service requests including vehicle and coverage changes, lienholder updates, billing inquiries, payments, and new quotes
• Identify coverage gaps and educate clients on ways to better protect themselves and their families
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support retention and long-term satisfaction
• Keep client records accurate with clear documentation and timely follow-up
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to ensure smooth service delivery
• Leverage knowledge of insurance products, carriers, and agency processes to deliver exceptional service

Requirements

• California Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and compliance standards
• Dependable, responsive, and able to complete work accurately and on time
