Structural Steel Detailer - Valley Iron Works

Valley Iron Works Inc., a BXSJ member, is seeking a Structural Steel Detailer/Checker for their Stockton facility.

**Responsibilities:**
- Create detailed fabrication and erection drawings for structural steel
- Review and check drawings for accuracy and constructability
- Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and fabrication shop
- Ensure compliance with AISC standards and specifications
- Manage drawing revisions and submittals

**Requirements:**
- 3+ years structural steel detailing experience
- Proficiency in Tekla Structures, SDS/2, or AutoCAD
- Knowledge of AISC standards and AWS welding symbols
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret structural drawings
